We understand that a storm can cause widespread damage throughout a community or region and cause you stress and worry. Your property may suffer damage from strong winds, high rainfall or even objects from neighbouring properties. We manage each stage of the process to help you get back into your home or business as quickly as possible.
As soon as we have ensured that the site is safe, we will schedule with you a site visit for one of our Project Managers to fully assess the damage which has occurred to your property. The Project Manager will generate the repair scope of works during this assessment and also determine if other consultant advice is required to finalise the scope.

As storm damage can cause severe damage to the property, we will engage suitable contractors to make your property safe and create a temporary barrier to prevent any further damage. Any hazardous materials will also be removed at this time.
Once we have determined the extent of damage and what repairs are required, the repair scope of works will be completed. This scope is sent for tender, and a preferred
main contractor is chosen who best fits your repair needs and timeframes.
We manage the process and repair schedule, including compliance for your repairs and health and safety documentation. Before repairs start, we will make sure this schedule
is suitable and that the chosen Contractor is appropriately engaged. We want you to understand the repair process and be happy with the proposed plan moving forward.
Construction is the exciting phase where your property is physically repaired back to its former glory. We will arrange for the main contractor, who was awarded the tender, to
work with you through the process of repairing or rebuilding your home or business. Our staff will maintain communication with you and actively manage the main contractor
through to completion to ensure a quality and timely repair.
